This hotel is absolutely amazing! The location is perfect as I could easily catch the bus right in front of the hotel to explore the city. The public bath was a highlight of my stay, offering a stunning view and top-notch facilities. The lounges were cozy and provided a great place to relax with complimentary drinks and snacks. The Kaiseki dinner was delicious and I was pleasantly surprised when a delightful dessert was delivered to my room.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The hotel we stayed at during our city trip was fantastic! We loved that the room was spacious and well heated, with comfortable sleeping arrangements. The onsen was a highlight of our stay, with indoor and outdoor pools available for guests to enjoy. Plus, the free shuttle service to and from the hotel made transportation a breeze.
The breakfast experience. The line was long and confusing, as guests had to queue up before selecting their seats.

I had a wonderful stay at a traditional Japanese hotel in Hokkaido. The room was spacious and clean, with a cozy tatami-style design. The highlight was definitely the onsen, especially the outdoor one on the first floor. It was a relaxing experience, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The dinner provided was absolutely delicious, with a Kaiseiki ryori that was top-notch. The hotel's location allowed for beautiful views of the river from the neighboring onsen. While there were a few shortcomings, such as the lack of water in the locker room, overall I had a fantastic time and would recommend this alternative stay in Hokkaido to others looking for a unique and rejuvenating experience.

During my stay, I found that the hotel had a fantastic location, as it was easily accessible via public transportation. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially given that I didn't speak the local language fluently. Additionally, the hotel facilities were exceptional, especially the onsen, which had a serene garden view and everything I needed to unwind from a long day of sightseeing.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

Free shuttle bus was convenient. Two hot springs were a great way to relax. Enjoyed the free cafe and afternoon cakes.
No wifi in the rooms, only in the lobby. Inconvenient for those who want to use the internet in their room.
